Swift moving from resume submission, to phone interview, to in-person, to job offer. Listed minimum salary on initial paperwork. Compensation was not discussed until printed job offer...it was $3 less an hour than my stated minimum. Unfortunately, this in turn wasted my time and theirs. Benefits were not appealing. Overall friendly, just not a good fit.
