Multi-tiered interview process. I was recruited by a district manager from another company. Interviewed with the district manager, a second interview with a current store manager, a third with a nother district manager and a final interview with a regional manager. Standard questions. Often repetitive.

How would you teach your staff to sell what is available at the time if we did not have what the customer came in to buy in order to maintain your conversion rate?

Lacked communication. I had an initial "meet & greet" then 2 interviews and 3rd interview with "a peer". Felt like I was getting a run around and no answers. The first interview I was told one position would be opening up and the 2nd interview it was a different position. The 3rd interview which was suppose to be a peer interview actually turned out to be an interview for that store and a different position. The first store called me back 4 weeks later to give me feedback and tell me the progress. The 2nd store called me back 6 weeks later wanting me to come in for a 4th interview. Then I would have to interview with the district manager as well. Luckily I had already accepted another offer from a company.

The most unprofessional interview process of my career. Two no shows, one for a phone interview and the other for a face to face interview. Finally get an offer for a position I did not interview for and lower salary. Company would not return emails when I had questions on specifics. Then they present offer again and give me just 90 minutes to respond. Of course I declined - who would want to work for a company with such little consideration and respect for prospective candidates. The HR representation is only part of the process, although extremely unprofessional, this comes from the executive level down.
