Applied online and also handed in my resume personally at store. I was called the next day for an interview. I was immediately scheduled for a second interview with the DM after my first interview. There was a lot of movement in the district and there was not a suitable position that I would accept. I was offered a part time assistant position which I declined. They came back a few months later and offered me the salaried position.
I had conversations with the Store Manager then the District Manager. Both were interested in previous experience and how my skills would transfer to the position I was applying for.

I had a phone interview first and then after that I had an interview with the district manager and then I waited a few days and then my references were called and I had another short phone interview and then I was offered the job. It wasn't a hard interview process at all.

Entrevista
Applied on-line and got called the following morning at 10:30 and asked to attend a 1pm interview with the store manager and the District Manager. Interview lasted about an hour and was chatty and mostly basic questions were asked. Must interview with the DM to be considered for a management position at any level.
