Require 2 forms of ID to enter building. Quick chat with HR (The was the only positive bit) then some rude, arrogant man takes over. Bombards you with pointless test questions (which has nothing to do with the role). Doesn't give you time to think of an answer. If you take more than 5 seconds to answer he just moves onto another question.
Best thing this company could do is replace the guy doing the interview.

Very professional approach and a solid process. This is clearly an organisation that takes pride in bringing talented people into the business. The management team and HR departments are very well connected and very clearly aligned with each other which will no doubt provide the organisation with a solid platform for building a business with exceptional people.

Entrevista
One stage interview with questions just on paper. First HR with standard questions then generic C# and WPF questions.
Felt very weird.
Didn’t like what I was told about their processes, i.e methodologies used.
