After uploading my resume and filling out the application online, I had to complete 2 very long questionnaires that took about an hour each. I was emailed 5 days later to schedule a phone interview with the hiring manager 2 days later. After the phone interview, I was invited to an in-person interview with the Director of Admissions. There was a scheduling conflict and the Director of Admissions was meeting with another interviewee when I arrived. I had to wait for 15 minutes before I met with the Assistant Director of Admissions.

It was a group interview, but it was fair. If selected, there will be another one-on-one interview with the DOA after the group interview. After that, there is a background check. In total the process was about 1 1/2 weeks.
