I had a 30 minute phone interview with an HR staff a day after applying. Later that week I was contacted via email for scheduling an in person interview. There was a three page list of questions and an HR staff member and the head of the department I was applying for which took an hour and then had a facility tour that took 30 minutes. the facility tour only covered 1/3 of the factory as it is a few miles long. I was called on my way back to school from the interview (20 minutes or so) offering me the position I then had to take a drug test within two week of the offering. I was given a non-negotiable hourly rate which was competitive compared to other position I interviewed for.
