Very basic questions, mostly described how Charter Oak Financial works. No technical questions, only basic behavioral questions. Not an interview that needs large amounts of tedious preparation. Again, mostly a description of how the company works.

Entrevista
Overall the interview was good brought me in and sat down with me for a while. He spoke extensively about the commission-based system that I would be agreeing to. Overall felt more like a sales pitch as compared to an interview.
