Entrevista
Had two interviews. One in the office and one at the school. Was told by the school that they were going to go with me vs. the other candidate and then never heard another word. Very unprofessional and considering how the interviewer led me to believe one thing they should have at least had the decency to send an email stating otherwise.

All questions were behavior based and basically the same questions over and over just worded differently. Lots of tell me about at time... you handled a stressful situation, a project, a goal, a difficult customer, someone you didn’t get a long with etc.....

Entrevista
Interview process was fairly quick. I interviewed at the office in Sandy and had a second interview later on with a school affiliate. They were very professional and seemed very sincere about what they were looking for. It wasn't a horribly intimidating experience like interviews can sometimes be.

Entrevista
Contacted by phone for personal one on one interview and follow-up group interview. Set up for failure due to the school district going bankrupt. When I questioned leadership about the situation, I was told to keep it to myself.
