Applied online, got emailed to schedule a phone call, received further info to conduct in person interview, within a couple of days got my offer overall was fairly quick process
The questions involve customer service and previous experience scenarios. They like to hear scenarios where you may have owned issues from start to finish and your level of hospitality. They could possible roleplay with you as well.

Entrevista
First round was a phone call where they gauge your personality a bit and ask you questions about your background and experience and a couple questions such as “How do you deal with a difficult customer”. Second round is in person where they ask you similar questions and really emphasize how they want someone whom will above and beyond.
