A strange process which seemed adhoc and poorly planned. The questions sometimes seemed unrelated to the role. Straight forward with simplistic questions and a friendly approach. Lack of transparency with working patterns, progression and benefits.

A 4 stage interview process with various senior management at the company. These were all conducted by Microsoft teams however covid restrictions were still in place at this stage. Interviews varied in complexity but quite difficult in comparison to some of the other interviews I had
