Regardless of your experience, there would be a technical exam wherein you will be asked to write test cases based on the given situation. Before making it to the initial interview with the HR, you should be able to pass their 5-part exam (Essay, Verbal and Non-verbal Mental Ability Test, Technical Exam, and Personality Test). After the initial interview is the final and technical interview with the, I assume, the QA Manager.
