The interview process included multiple stages: an initial HR screening, followed by an interview with the hiring manager and a peer, a take-home assignment, an in-office presentation, and a final interview with a VP. The process was clearly communicated throughout and took a couple of weeks to complete.

Entrevista
Sarina Gross contacted me first time via the phone and performed already tests which took about 30 minutes. After that she asked me to prepare a presentation for about 10 minutes and invited me for an interview in Ramat Gan. I've researched about ransomware attacks and it took me few hours to prepare a power point presentation. I've arrived in the office in the morning and she changed during the presentation pretty everything I wasn't aware off. After two hours and few other tests I left the office and never received any feedback. Basically I've spend my time and money for the train. I've expected to receive at least a rejection via email or phone but that company just leaves you in hope. Very sad.
