Very strange interview process over some 4+ months! HR, Informal interview with Hiring Manager, Snr Manager Then a team presentation to the team which went well. Was told they only hired people highly experienced already with their product-set (I'd used it myself in a lab environment) - however the other couple employees I'd spoken to had said the complete opposite - so just very weird. No feedback some weeks later either. Disorganised, somewhat unprofessional hiring process that seemed very subjective based perhaps more on a very cliquey team..? Honestly not sure I'd recommend wasting my time with them...
