Entrevista
First of all you have an phone interview with someone from the HQ in Israel. Standard interview, typical questions about academic and professional background and why you want to work in sales, etc.
Then they are supposed to call you for an assessment day where you have several individual and group activities.
The HR assistants aren't qualified and utterly disorganised. First of all, when I first got an email to arrange a phone interview, I replied with the date and time, I never got an answer and nor I got a call. The HR assistant called me on a SUNDAY! and said that she had never received my email...
I could not attend the assessment day because it took place in the middle of August, when no one is in the city, and I was told they were going to get back to me to see if we could do something else, like a personal interview. No one ever called me back and despite all the interest I have shown and several emails, never received a proper response until the HR assistant accidentally sent me someone else's contract. Only when I answered saying I was quite confused and did not understand the situation she sent me an email replying that there was nothing she could do concerning my application because the people who attended the assessment day had the priority (something that she had never told me before) - I had sent her emails and waited for 2 weeks without an answer.
The weirdest thing is that after this I saw they posted the job offer on Indeed again, as if they were still looking for candidates. I tried contacting the local office twice and no one ever answered to me.
The whole experience and lack of communication demonstrate how unprofessional this company is. Leaving candidates in the lurch, waiting for an answer.
I was really excited about this opportunity because I thought that the interest was reciprocated, but it clearly isn't, they don't care about
