The interview process is clearly laid out in their Hiring Playbook: short People Ops screening, hiring manager interview, take-home challenge, team interview, and a final interview with one of the founders. The entire process was excellent. People Ops kept me updated. The application questions and take-home challenge were well-designed and very applicable to the role. After each round, they gave me a decision quickly. Everyone I interviewed with was kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about their jobs. I know all the glowingly positive reviews are a bit suspicious, but they really do care about treating people respectfully and have put a lot of thought into their culture and recruiting process.

The fact that they have that speaks to their commitment to a transparent and respectful interview process, which they practiced in my experience. The people I met and emailed were punctual and nice. I didn't pass the round with the hiring manager, because I wasn't prepared for general web tech questions, which is on me. I rated the interview as difficult because I didn't prepare for those questions, but if you do, everything seems straightforward.
