I was extremely excited for this position as it seemed something I was quite a great fit for. I had a phone interview which went well but when it came to the 2nd round of interviews, things started to get weird. First of all, keep in mind that I had to take off work hours at a time to sit home by my phone/Skype ready for the interview. The HR person cancelled at the very last minute and rebooked me for 2 days later. Afterwards, she cancelled a second time based on something silly such as Skype doesn't work ( but her phone did). The third time around when we were supposed to actually have the call, I didn't get anything at all. No cancellation email, no call nothing at all. This was by far the worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever had in my whole life. Clearly they were either not sure they needed me or I was just a backup candidate for one that might have dropped/accepted. Still, very very unprofessional.
