One interview in person at the restaurant where then the job was offered. There was a brief conversation on what the roles and responsibilities are for the position and the expectations for wait staff at the restaurant

they really just looked at my interview and had me come it. it was a short, simple process. all of the questions were run of the mill questions for a standard interview. didn't even have to wear professional attire in order to be there. they really were super casual and friendly through out the entire process.
