Initial interview with a recruiter. Then a technical phone screen. Then a half day of interviews. But the interviews were more a series of conversations. They didn't do the typical interrogation-style corporate interview. I left with a far better idea of what it would be like to work with CHEF than I've had after any other interview at other employers.
