I applied through other sources. The process took more than three weeks. The interview was less than an hour and I did not see any challenge. (they were really nice but that also means sometimes that they have the person before posting the job-many companies are like that)

Lengthy process starting with a 40 min screening call (very easy - why are you interested in company and role? questions about past experiences and how they can relate to position), followed by an hr panel interview with 4 people (10 questions total). Had to answer several questions in Spanish. Next steps include mini tests (budget and contract analysis), reference checks and a final interview with SVP. Didnt get an offer but felt positive the entire way through. Had to email to check on my status and they got back to me same day saying they went with someone else.
