First did a phone interview with an HR rep. I was then asked to do two timed exercises. One was a budget analysis and the other was writing a business letter in Spanish. Then an in-person interview with three people: HR rep, a current ELP associate for the region and a manager for the region. Most of interview was in English, but at the end I was asked a few questions in Spanish to test my abilities.
