Initial phone screening from HR representative, then 2 online interviews with HR and team leader and members. After the process they informed me they were no longer looking for candidates with a PhD in Chemistry for this role.

Online interview. 2 interviewers. The questions were very fair and allowed me opportunities to expand on the skills that I felt were relevant. I did get a phone call from Switzerland, about 1 week after applying to organise the interview, that I was not expecting.
