Entrevista
The interview was great. They were very friendly and helped to put me at ease. We were able to relate and establish a rapport with short discussions about other things other than the interview. Although there were two people interviewing me I did not feel like I was in a full-frontal attack like past interviews. It was all very well done! I am very excited to start work with ChenMed.

They asked many situational questions. For example, "Tell me about a time where you did not meet a patient's expectations? What was the outcome?" "Tell us about a time you did not receive a positive review from your superior. What happened, how did you handle it?" They said this was to establish my level of self-awareness.
