I have to second what the other reviewer posted about the interview process. It is 100% accurate. I can only add that the office is in a horrible slum, and has an open plan sweatshop, and the CIO is a complete and utter narcissist. It's the "Oliver Show" for sure. He didn't let any of his team get a word in. After the quiz show ended, I was asked if I had any more questions. I asked to see the product. Oliver said he couldn't show me without an NDA. I offered to sign one, at which point I was told to leave. On my way out one of the developers who sat in on the interview actually apologized to me. If you are highly intelligent and totally lack self esteem, this is the place for you.
