Interviewed with ChenMed in the first quarter of 2022. First phone interview went great with prompt follow up. Then was scheduled for a virtual interview. I logged into the call and was greeted by a gentlemen who was not the hiring manager. He also had very little to say. When I asked him about his position with the Company he said he was applying to the same position that I was apply to. In other words, he was interviewing for the same position I was interviewing for. At that time the the hiring manager texted me that she was trying to join the call but was having difficulty. Long story short, they had me stay on, asked the other candidate to log off and then the hiring manager joined the meeting. This took 15 minutes. The interview took place and I have not had any follow up regarding this position. I emailed the HR representative and asked for a status update, she never responded. Needless to say, this could have been handled much more professionally.
