A 1 hour paper test involving some basics arithmetic questions, mechanical calculations on gears and energy efficiencies, and manufacturing processes, followed by a group panel interview. One interesting question on the test was to draw the route from the company to the applicant's home.The interviewers were nice and friendly. They even offer beverage (coffee or tea) to the interviewees.
