The VP of Design reached out on LinkedIn, I interviewed with him for a 20 minute slot. Said they would get back to me within 48 hours. It has been over a week, I emailed, no response. Do not reach out to people if you are going to waste their time and then ghost them.

The interview process moved along swiftly, which I appreciated. I also liked how transparent the head of product was in showing recent growth metrics. Lastly, it's evident that this is a OKR and impact-driven company, and that's a breath of fresh air compared to startups with wishy washy milestones and strategies.
