I interviewed with the Director of Rehab initially. Then, on a separate occasion, had a group interview with the therapy staff including OTs, PTs, SLPs, PTAs, COTAs, nursing supervisor. Both interviews consisted of pleasant conversations, appropriate expectations, kind and intelligent staff, and a clear understanding of what the job required/ would look like.
