It happened really quickly; I received an email from someone from HR from my website on Friday morning and I got in contact with that person as per the instructions they left in the email later that day. The interview consisted of a 13 question questionnaire that I filled out and sent back that evening. The next morning, I didn't just receive a job offer, I received a message that welcomed me to the team and instructions to follow, and they sent an employee handbook and a contract to me via email. Overall, it felt super unprofessional and strange. I didn't talk to anyone from the design department, I only talked to this one person from HR over text, who never asked for a resume, cover letter, or portfolio.
