I was asked about my teaching experience and we discussed that, the school's curriculum, the school's atmosphere and the educational and spiritual goals for students.

Phone screen, zoom call with board, on-site interview. Wonderful process! Board was kind and interesting. Up-front about low pay. Gave a practice talk about factoring polynomials to their attentive audience.
