2 panel interview lasted over an hour, interviewee was pleasant which had me at ease, explanation of the company goals and in depth explanation of the roles duties. Covered skillset and previous roles.
To get an interview through the Talent acquisition team, you must be strong on the first phone call with your CV being strong. Similar roles to the job you are going for. Tough for new applicants to the industry.
