In a nutshell: Cold, Impersonal. Every initial phone screening I have ever encountered is a "meet and greet" situation; a "getting to know you" scenario.
Not in this case! I was prepared to speak about my experience, my reasons for choosing Chewse, etc. I was not prepared for the canned, rapid-fire questioning I received from the interviewer, all the while (loudly) typing my answers and asking me to repeat things so that she could send the info to her supervisor. I was caught completely off-guard and distracted by the coldness and abrupt, rapid-fire questioning of the interviewer.
I find it very contradictory that this company claims to be run with "empathy."
Cold is a word we hate to hear at Chewse. Thank you for this feedback it will be sent to the recruiting team. Here at Chewse, we pride ourself in our warm interview style.

Entrevista
They called me for a phone interview even though they already had a "preferred candidate in mind." I felt like they were just interviewing me to increase their interview numbers, the person I was talking to made me feel like I was wasting their time.
