Phone screen with Sr. Recruiter and on-site. The on-site was 30 minute intervals with different team members addressing different focus areas within recruiting. Final interview was with the CPO.

Overall, I would say I had a great interview experience with Chewy. I was referred by a friend who works on the team and was brought onsite to meet with 5 team members. I was greeted by the front office staff, who were very nice and offered me coffee or water while I waited. After the interview, I was given a tour of the office which helped me make get an idea of the culture.
