I went to a hiring open house. It was a very easy process. Did the interview and drug test all at the same visit. The interviewer extended a contingent offer before I even left to go home.

Four question application and then a few questions about scheduling availability then a drug test and pre employment paper work. It was actually walk-in interviews and I spent more time waiting than I did on the rest of the process.
