Four interviews, with members of the risk team, CRO, and a couple of Portfolio Managers. Conversational interview - not very quantitative, but did ask about different hedge fund styles; their risk profile, downside risks etc.

First round was Technical test, recruiter sent me the questions in word, required to write on paper. I send back the answers, but didn't hear anything back form them any more

Quick process overall. People are very nice and friendly, firm culture is described as sporty, prepare questions to ask at the end of the interview
