I sensed a negative energy throughout the whole interview process, which threw me off a bit. The panel of interviewers lacked communication skills and displayed off-putting body language and facial expressions. Every time I authentically responded to their basic questions, they did not appear interested and the main interviewer kept making weird gestures and symbols at me. If they weren't feeling well for any reason, they shouldn't of been part of the conversation. Interviewer panel failed to provide any information whatsoever about the role and responsibilities of the job. They also failed to provide insight into the mission and goals for the students of their school. They did not offer me the opportunity to ask them any questions. I got a sense that they are a discriminatory, conservative group, almost as if it were some type of religious cult. After doing intensive research on the whole history of the school network, it turns out that they have been under investigation before and are connected to the Gulen movement, which is very problematic. If I would have known this prior to the job posting - which includes no specific information on requirments- I would have not wasted my valuable time.
