The process took around a month. I got to the “final” stage and met with the owner. I never heard a decision and had to reach out if I was offered a position or not.

Getting to know each other, discussing experience related to position and relevant qualities, answered scenario based questions. The interviewer was friendly and it was not intimidating as a new grad.
