The interview process was quick and efficient and the questions were standard interview questions. I had to meet with the Sales Manager and the VP. This gave insight and perspective about the goals and direction the company was headed.
I applied online and got an email for an interview a few weeks later. I spoke with someone on the phone about my experience, clips and the position. A few weeks later, I got the offer.

Entrevista
The interview process was actually really fun, which I don't think I've ever been able to say about a job interview before. It felt less like a job interview and more like a discussion between peers in a smoky lounge about the current state of the paper, where the editors envision taking it, and the overall prospects of the news industry and what tools we can use to tell 21st century storues. Everyone was candid, honest, and asked probing questions that let me know they actually read through my cover letter and resume. (It was a 2-person interview.)
