      There was an initial interview with one of the top management people and he just gave me the low down of the company, its clients, and what my responsibilities would be. Second round, I spent an entire day with one of the entry level guys, had to take a 30 page test. Then third round, you meet with upper management again for a final interview (never made it to this round because I walked out..it was a total scam)

      Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, however, it is unclear how the interview process made you come to the decision that our company is a 'scam'. The second round interview gives candidates the opportunity to shadow one of our representatives and learn more about the logistics of the role, and experience the working environment that was described in depth to them during their first round interview.

      i walked in and filled some forms and waited for almost 20min. It seemed they needed all kinds of people badly but obviously they didn't expect I looked for an intern but still called me to interview....

We never like to keep candidates waiting when they come all the way to meet us, we are looking at our interview process and making changes to help us run a much quicker and smoother process, so thank you for pointing this out and helping us to improve. This is down to our server becoming overwhelmed with applicants and we had a few malfunctions, we are sorry you were on the tail end of this internal mishap.

      Sent in my resume and was immediately called into interview. My interview was at 3:30, didn't get called in until 4:30. The office was very boring and unprofessional. After the interviewer did a horrible job explaining the company, he told me that they would contact me later that night if they want a second interview. A real company doesn't schedule anything at 8pm for the following day. The second interview is just a 12 hour day, unpaid, walking around the city. I didn't get a chance to ask any questions to the interviewer. Overall, this is a total scam.

      Thank you for providing us with your feedback. We never want to keep candidates waiting when they have come all the way to meet us. We are actively looking at our interview process and making positive changes so we can better manage the mass of applicants applying and in turn run a much quicker, and smoother process. We receive a high volume of applications and want to give everybody a chance to come in and meet us, we begin to filter the weaker candidates out after meeting them and giving them a chance to sit down face to face with us. It is important to us that the selected candidates join us for an open day so they can take on board more in-depth information and grasp a better understanding of our business, so they can make a well informed decision about the role and opportunities available.
