It was a basic interview. You go in, depending on how early you are they'll have you sit at a table to wait for the interviewer. Then the interviewer shows up and will introduce themselves and ask you to tell them about yourself, and then go through basic interview questions like how well you work in a team, availability, desired hours, etc. If you were accepted to move on to the second interview where you go through a similar process with the person in charge of the BOH, you should get a call, text, or email. If not, you likely won't hear anything from them.

Got an interview in just a few days after applying. Interviewer was kind and straight forward. Answered the standard questions and talked about myself and herself a bit. Only took 15-20 minutes.
