Online application with lots of short answer type q’s, followed by an in-person interview. Questions were very standard. The owner and general manager were both there and had a sheet of q’s but they went off script with me. It was very friendly and felt like a light conversation rather than an interview.

Easy. Very thorough. Really enjoyed chatting with the other employees and had a great time. I would recommend, felt very laid back but also very professional. I would go and reconsider but another opportunity was offered in another part of town.

I first interviewed with the stores owner over the phone and he asked about my schooling history and personal background. Then I met majority of his directors over a zoom call and sowed generic questions like; how long I have worked for CFA, what do I think I can contribute to the store culture and what would I do in certain situations.
