I've applied for 2 locations and had interviews there. It depends on the restaurant and the manager there for each since they're independently-operated. It takes 3 rounds, but you first meet the supervisor. However, you might meet the manager in first round. It was pretty okay, though.

The interview process included three separate interviews. The first was a basic screening focused on availability and general interest in the position. The second interview went more in depth about customer service experience and teamwork. The final interview was with higher-level management and focused on character, work ethic, and fit with the company’s values. Overall, the process was organized but thorough.
