It was awkward and judgmental. I was told I wasn't showing enough personality because I answered the questions professionally. It was discouraging. The questions were not difficult and I expected to receive a response within 2 weeks, which I never did.

Thorough,customer care questions that tested applicants critical thinking and communication skills as well as there customer relations skills. There was scenario based questions as well like role play questions to test how you would react in a situation with a customer

Went in sat down with the hiring manager. They asked me to tell me about myself a pond gave a few scenarios related to the jib for me to answer. Also asked about availability, if I can handle being outside etc.
