I submitted my application through the zippy app, I received an email stating that my application was accepted. I scheduled an in-person interview with the owner/operator, which lasted an hour, and then I was offered the job on the spot.

They ask about your school, availability, and capabilities. And they tell you about having hospitality and that you need to say my pleasure and the position you applied for. And if u make it, they get u ready for orientation.

I've applied for 2 locations and had interviews there. It depends on the restaurant and the manager there for each since they're independently-operated. It takes 3 rounds, but you first meet the supervisor. However, you might meet the manager in first round.
It was pretty okay, though.

The interview process included three separate interviews. The first was a basic screening focused on availability and general interest in the position. The second interview went more in depth about customer service experience and teamwork. The final interview was with higher-level management and focused on character, work ethic, and fit with the company’s values. Overall, the process was organized but thorough.
