I interviewed panel style with a few members of the HR team for the first interview. Generic questions such as how do you keep yourself organized, describe a time when you had to shift gears in a moments notice, how did you handle it? Why do you want to work here etc. I sent a thank you letter and didn't hear back until 3 weeks later to schedule a second interview the following week. Again it was a panel style with higher level HR team members including someone joining on Skype. She was extremely rude and unprofessional in the beginning when I was answering their questions and trying to look at everyone I would catch her rolling her eyers and looking disinterested. That set the tone for the interview and made me feel nervous and discouraged the whole time but it's ok.
