My interview process was fairly easy. I applied for the position on a Monday and by the mid-week the following week I got a call to set up an interview for the next week. I interviewed with HR Recruiter first and then with the clinic manager and coordinator on the same day, it was a very easy interview they made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I received a call 2 days later with a job offer and started two weeks later.

Much easier than the first interview. I think their mind was already made up on me and I am almost certain I was the only candidate who made it to the second round of Interviews. It was with the regional manager this time and went much more like a conversation than an interview. She told me before I left that she was interested in pursuing the second step with me which meant sending my information to HR for the final signature. Hr called me the next day around noon asking me to describe my duties at my current job and all past work experience. She then asked me my salary request and then said she would return my call with an offer. Ten minutes later she called with an offer higher than I had requested and gave me the times to come in to sign paperwork, told me what to bring, and then advised me to turn in my two week's notice at my current job.
