Schedule an interview. Went in and interviewed with one person while Skyping with others at a different location. Standard questions were asked and the information given by the other employees made feel like I would really enjoy working for the company. I felt fairly confident that I would be called for a second interview. I send out a thank you email following the interview and never heard back. I followed up a week later and still heard nothing. Its very discouraging not hearing any type of feedback either way when you prep yourself for an interview in an industry you are super passionate about to hear nothing back at all. To me it is very disrespectful and inconsiderate of someones time.
