I was interviewed by my assistant director for a manager position. The director then interviews candidates. She passes them to her regional manager. After the regional manager interviews another manager for the company who lives in Arizona interviews over the phone. She makes the decision to hire singlehandedly. She never met me, but decided- without seeing me or talking to me only once, I wasn't a good fit.
