I applied through LinkedIn on a Friday afternoon. I received a call probably within 10 mins of applying and had a 10 minute conversation over the phone regarding the basic things - why CLA, tell me about yourself, tell me about your experience and how it applies to this position. I was offered an in-person interview the following Monday morning at the corporate office. I had never experienced an interview like this before (and I did not mind it) but I had asked most of the questions! It pays off to research before an interview to say the least. I asked about the opportunity for growth in the company, why my interviewer decided to come to CLA, and other questions along those lines. The in person interview was about 30 mins long and I left feeling very confident. I was told I would hear back by the end of the week; I was offered the job the next day!
