At first, this seemed like a great opportunity. The interviewer was very prompt in responding and even sent a follow up email to confirm our time together. Unfortunately, there was nothing special about the interview and the interviewer asked very generic questions unrelated to the position. What took me by surprise was the attitude of the interviewer. They were quite rude in their responses to my questions, either not saying anything at all or correcting me from time to time. This threw me off guard. I was under the impression I was the one being interviewed and it seemed they were more interested in what they had to say to me. In addition, the interviewer was also texting during the call and asked me to pause my response for a moment while she answered. This was extremely rude, as I have been on hundreds of interviews (both good and bad) and that has never happened. On top of that, they are asking for a Senior level manager with a entry level salary. I wouldn't touch this agency with a 10 foot pole. They "Specialize" in digital marketing, yet their website looks like it was made 15 years ago.
