Asked a bunch of questions pertaining to how you would handle situations, walked through the center to see all of the classrooms. It was an easy process overall. The director at the time was kind and pleasant, staff introduced themselves.

Very straight forward. More personality based than experienced based. Will ask more about how you’d handle certain situations with kids, and how calm, and open you are to teamwork with other teachers. If you don’t have experience as a child care educator, they will often train you as long as you’re willing.

Easy interviewing, went by pretty fast! I enjoyed the atmosphere, I didn’t feel nervous or intimidated. I was given a tour during the interview which was nice to see the school.
